Operator Commands

Q: What are operator commands?

A: This category includes commands which can only be run as a server operator (@). In multiplayer, set commands may also only be executed by operators.

Some operator commands may also be run in singleplayer.

Use chat commands like so: /<command> <argument(s)>. Some commands may not have arguments.
Example no-argument command: /specall
Example command with arguments: /fspec Fear

Option Commands

Q: What are opt commands?

A: Opt is shorthand for 'option'. As such, the opt commands are simply a way of changing options through text commands rather than through a graphical interface (like a menu).

Use opt commands like so: /opt <command> <value>.
For example: /opt speedometer 1.

Q: What options can be changed this way?

A: There are a lot of options which can be changed through the use of opt commands. Almost anything which is controllable about the client on your computer can be changed via the use of these commands.

Set Commands

Q: What are set commands?

A: This category includes ones which will effect the game environment. In multiplayer, only operators (@) may use set commands.

Use set commands like so: /set <field> <argument(s)>.
Example command: /set desc Hi!

All set commands require a match reset to take effect.

A: This category includes commands which can generally be used in any scenario and will only affect you.
