Also, for those of you who didn't notice. We added a mystery custom item to the grand prize! (Props to avwave & the GMs for this prize).

If you feel the need to vector then go ahead. If you make the cut, our mentors can still give feedback and help with you develop your texture. Just like they would if it was hand drawn.

@marci6, yes. Vector heads will be able to make it to the next phase, and have a shot at earning prizes just like any other head. We just don't have a vector specialized mentor.

actually if i maake vector head i still able to get into the next phase?

we also have the means to bring in a vector mentor IF the demand and quality of entrants is high enough.
but a good texture is a good texture, our current mentors should do fine.
but it depends on demand and results. we wont announce whether or not new mentors will be added untill we release the results.
