I was thinking of creating a website dedicated to gaming. But, wasn't sure where to start off. I'm 16 so I can't actually buy any official site, since I'm broke and looking for a job. And school as well, but that's another story. The kind of layout I was going for, is one like of the zomgstuff forums. Theirs is a little messy, but it looks nice. What FREE website engine do you recommend for me to use?

Note: I already have a 'blueprint' of how the site is going to be set up(Yes, I'm extremely thorough and I plan ahead), but didn't know which website creator was best. If you could give me any recommendation I would really appreciate it. Also, it'd be more of a forum, then anything.

I'm not doing this to become famous. I'm doing this for fun, and since I'd like to be a web designer it'd be good practice. I'm looking for no personal gain whatsoever.
