yeah like toribash. but i like games with no particular objective, like a sandbox game or with a free play mode. and ehhh....g mod is not free

Gmod 9 used to be free, I don't know its status at the moment thought, but it's probably still free.

Gmod 9 doesn't install properly anymore, I think. They're aggressively pushing the new versions, and 9 only has 5 or so servers left.
