As we're upping the ante with the creators lounge, we're keen to see what art tools you use so we can see what tutorials need to be made.

For all the 2D Still Art I'll use Photoshop. I of course use other programs, like Flash and C4D, if there becomes a need for animation or some 3D interaction.

It seems that GIMP is probably the most used, with Photoshop closely behind. At least from my observations.

I hear Paint.Net is pretty good, but I prefer gimp at the moment.
So I chose gimp :>

I use GIMP.

I started off with GIMP and have never changed. I've just gotten attached to it.

For me and most other people it is easier to use.

I use photoshop elements, its photoshop without alpha channels or the maps tool

I use CS4, it's handy and has easy to find tools.

I use Photoshop CS4, it has a wide range of very useful tools and many features which make photoediting/drawing even better!

I use GimP 2.6 mainly because its free and has good features. If I would have the money I'd purchase Photoshop tho. I tried it once and I think its better than GimP.
