I like the decap on the second replay but I think you should work on your relax and flow. Especially with your knees.
i start with relax, but once i used a joint i don't relax it...

Sometimes it can be a good idea to relax all, it's often a better idea to manually relax the joints that you're not using though.

It's best to relax all after certain key points. Kind of like starting with a blank slate. There are a couple times where using relax instead of hold/contract/extend come up with the same result, but it makes it smoother. I generally relax all after a hit.
