What format it must be?

Are you using the correct URL location for the picture?

If it is a personal picture on your computer you need to upload it first and then get the URL code. Try uploading it here.

If you have done all this and are doing it correctly it should work. That is only if you are using a compatable fomat. What format are you using? (it usually takes most formats)

If you have the picture on your computer saved, make it a .jpg template and upload it.

If it's a url, do what marcus said.
