okay, so first of all this game only works when I use fullscreen with widescreen settings.. if I try without fullscreen that screen is transparent and I can see my desktop. And my cursor isnt where it supposed to be.. its like 5cm (~2inches) higher than where it clicks so its quite hard to play.. so if anyone knows something that might help, i'd be glad :).. ty for advance

I'd try re-installing. Have you already tried that?

yeah.. ive tried reinstalling and it didnt do anything
