You can buy set in any dimensions -- 128*128, 256*256, 512*512, even if have only 128*128 texture items. But you will lose some details when upload high-res set.

1) He won much more than 5 tourneys. There's about 4,5 pages of wins. Check his Trade History!
2) He won a lot of tourneys in very little time. Look, it took 29 seconds to get 2 wins!
3) Blue belt have 70k TC. Don't you think it's suspicious?
