when i enter the yahoo mail page, the offline/available symbol doesnt appear. when i try to create a new chat it says to sign in but when i go to do that this error message comes up:

i updated to the newest flash player yesterday and it was working just fine til now

i tried going back to i.e. but got the same exact error message

Are you using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox?
If you wanna do something that might fix it, download CCleaner.
It could be a problem with cookies/offline files, and all that jazz.

I suggest you to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Then download and install flash when requested to do so.
