Oh nice sketch you have there.

Well for a quick one, I like it. The eyes, that orange fits alot, but it would be cool if the white lines, that really look like spray can lines, would say some words, you know, like a graffiti just more abstract and minimalistic.

Any way to improve the human?

The Robe seems not "connected" with the Face, should be some more connection, also, bigger version with feet wont be bad ;o

background is kinda terrible :P would be nicer a little smoother, try using opacity 10% or something, and do the same effect with lots of layers.

The 'human' is very inhuman, the arm is the same size as the head, and its very huncbacked. The hood, as Nobuddie said, should not be connected!

the arms on the body are too small and the bdy is too big.

but for a quick drawing its much better than mine I love the eyes thoa very nice but the backround could use some work.

make sure when you do any art it has a refferance they help alot.
