No one is gonna pay for this, since many people does it for free.

I suppose it all depends on the quality and what the mod actually consists of. For and exaggerated example, if someone wanted the GTA V map to be recreated in Toribash for them, I doubt they'd do it for free (Extremely exaggerated, just pointing that out again, as it is actually impossible).
