I need a cool head that matches the following requirements:

COLORS

1. Radioactive(main color)
2. Aqua(secondary)(barely any)
3. Vampire

DESIGN COLORS

1.Background a mixture of Radioactive and Aqua
2. Eyes a solid Vampire color.
3. Mouth a thin line of Vampire
4. Name in red text

DESIGN STYLE

1. Eyes angry/evil looking, oval
2. Mouth thin evil looking gentle frown
3. Name on the back of head
4. No nose
5. No hair
