Highest speed achieved by a body part in one move
I was trying to find out the fastest I could make any body part go, using just one move. Here, the hand reaches 44.78 in 17 frames. I'm also trying to find the highest you can get in one move, but that will be its own thread.

He sets his joints only once. So it's highest speed in one move. Not in general.
Also, Patrick_Unrated made a 70+ speed.

No, I already said that what's next is highest height achieved in one move. I don't have any ideas after that.
