After all questions from me about using forums,I decided to make this threat.
before anything,you HAVE TO read ALL sticky threats.
for example,I said they can state your new belt at achievements and warbanana made "belt" threat
I explained anything in sticky threats,plz read those.

about activity check,
I decide dont do it coz almost all members went vacation and Its not a good time.
