But I'm looking for just about any GREAT game on steam. My limit is about 9.99 usd, as anything that's too much higher becomes too much for my steam wallet (taxes...).

I have a couple 25% off valve coupons and a 33% off paradox so you can suggest slightly more expensive games from those 2 publishers.
