Okay, in that case, here is my attempt of a staff spar(no uke moving, gotta get used to the staff as a weapon)

I also did one were i destroyed uke, trying to train my flow and balance so i could spar better, and another pretty off topic one were i made fivah paralyzed from the waste down.

OOOOHHH, and another really short spar with fivah, we both realized we weren't in the right position to rebalance and ended up finishing it to early
