I dont really know if this board is correct buy anyway, sorry if it's not.
Im not really experienced in clans and so on so I got a quesion.
My clan has 3 members and this board is active enough I guess, but I can't declare and wars because of "The Vikings cannot engage in any wars because it is inactive"
Why?
