Twin swords opening
Now I have tried getting a parsing program to do this, but I failed to find a working one. So I was opening somebody could give me the move order to this opening which I have seen quite a bit in twin swords.

I don't know anything about twin swords, but it just looks like hold all, extend glutes, right hip and ankle, contract knees, left hip and ankle or something close
