Collection
Collections are objects that are limited and have high appeal.It usually made for some events,something special,etc.
So probably,the one who know that it's a collection or not is ourself.If we have a huge interest in something,and we buy it,then its a collection for y ou.
Collection isn't for use,we just put it in somewhere,like our cupboard,deactivated,etc.
It can give you respect,fame,etc(its depends on the person who have the item).
Collector
Collector is those who collect objects and keep it as an collection.
Everyone can be a collector,But of course there is some different
between a huge collector and a normal collector.Its divided on its classes,and the value of their collections.
Rare items
Collector items are rare items,but rare items aren't always a collector items.
As i explained it there on the Collection part,its depends on us,we are the one who know/decide that its a collection or not,depends on how huge is our interest to that object
