Youtube video audio disable

Alright so here my problem i make this video it take me forever than youtube disables my audio beacause of some copyright issue ... anyways im just wondering what you guys do to make sure this doesnt happen, beacause there are alot of videos on toribash and they all have audio.

examples for Toribash vids, or generally music that wont get muted?

well, you can take all selfmade remixes, music of not so famous musicians and even much of the usual stuff.
just look around.

The problem is i dont want to audio swap beacause then the video is out of sync with the music, and i cant really dispute against anything

I heard converting it to a Mp4 solves this, any merit to this theroy and if there is anybody know of some freeware video converters?
