This has been suggested many times already.
It can't be done. Because it is so easy to farm Minicredits and by transforming Minicredits to Toricredits a new way of TC farming will be available; which is not a good thing.

Well if this got approoven it would only make the tc's worth even worse than the tourneys are doing themselves because maybe some years ago tc was more worth and less needed :/

Let's say it like more people have tc nowdays and theres no need for another way to get tc than Tourneys, Official Servers and Marketing.
