If you don't know what happened look up an article, but what do you guys think happened in this guys head? He had a masters degree in neuro science, nothing to lose.

I live less than 8 miles from his booby trapped apartment.

I just heard about that too, he was wearing a Joker mask at a Batman movie? I think he's in custody right now, willingly.

He's already been arrested.

And he was wearing a gas mask, a bulletproof vest, and a black mask. It is said that he resembled Bane from the movie.

Honestly, I think that guy just must've lost it all at once. He seemed like a sane person, pretty bright, with a future planned out. I'm sure a serious and tragic event happened when he was a kid or just recently, causing him to lose his control.

Anyway, the guy's fucking nuts, and I really feel bad for the families involved. I can't imagine how scary that would be. You don't realize it, but that could've happened to anyone, and people are way to materialistic, and they worry about things that shouldn't matter, and they neglect how fragile life really is.

Just horrible... And so close to home, too. I'm not too far from this, just up in Woodland Park. No idea what could have been going through this guy's head, but it was nothing good. And clearly he'd been planning it for a while too. He's got his apartment all booby trapped and everything.

Yea it's a shame to see Colorado go trough more terrorizing events. And to just think, I myself live 14 miles from this theater, could have been there, and been shot.

Thank god I wasn't.

I think it's pointless trying to figure what made him do it. He might simply not have any reason at all, that is as good of a motive as any other. Most of public shootings are like that, they have no reason, are probably just tired of existing altogether.

The 9gag deal was faked by 4chan, they just want to screw with 9gag every time they get a chance.
9gag then fought back and tried to pin down on 4chan.
Funny how in the midst of something like this they still care enough about their little virtual war for original content.
