[Solved] Cannot do any offers for TC?

Please help me.
Whenever I try to click on an offer for Toricredits I get a page that says this:

Normally, I would ask for the specifics of your problem first.

But seeing as though most of the surveys do not give you the alleged TC, it's advised to not depend on surveys as a source of TC.
