It would be hot if this thread was named "Anime and manga recommendations".
Sometimes it annoys me when threads are only about anime. Manga has some great stuff, too.

Hey guys, I found this anime on the weekend but I lost the name of it. From what I can remember a boy runs into a girl that was in the US and they are both from japan, the boy was naked with a gun in his hand and his cellphone had billions of dollars on it and he has to spend it in a certain amount of time.

Any idea what it is?

You should watch all of the above. My order of preference in suggestions would be
