I mean that there are tons of people way better than him and yet he have to make this tut to show what. To not roll on the ground? In my opinion this things anyone can learn it by themselfs, and thats when someone will be making progress, not when someone will show few excatly moves.

i remember when i started to search for a new clan with him. he was a great friend... that was before the fame.
now he just ignores ppl.

I see what you guys mean, but actually the tut is not by mocu, but by compiled ideas and tips from selected freerunners. I actually found his sparring tut very informative

Really, someone tell me whats so special about it.
