I feel like a sparring knight: The first clash was akward since there was never really a legit kick or punch, you just contracted yor elbow then went into a handstand(You know how i hate handstands).
After that it's followed up with some twitchy moves, then comes a legit kick but it's followed up with a handstand and a twitchy setup for a trick that wasin't so great.
The pose you struggled way to much with, a tip is to get feet flat on the ground then hold them.
(Standard nuthug setup example)
Here's how you should do when your trying a trick, make sure your chest is bent fully to right or left.
On this example the chest is bent to thr kne right, what you wanna do now is to contract the right pec and extend the left pec, then make sure you can get leverage from your knees/hips, when your about to jump start with twisting the chest and pecs to the opposite direction, then extend the knee that's behind you and relax the knee that's infront of you.
Space til the point when your about to go about in the air, then raise the right arm for more air, when your up in the air lower both shoulder and contract both glutes, space 3 times.
This should cause you to get a spin, spin for a few frames then land the trick.
Hope this helped, here's an example i did on your spar.
