Well you understand the concept of running + balancing.

The problem to this replay is the lack of usefulness of your entire joints. You are just using your hips, knees, lumber, and chest.

You also take big steps which isn't a good thing. It'll result in losing speed and may cause you to fall back and lose balance.

I only want to know how can I "stand up" again and continue running, on that replay. Also thanks for those tips, I have to try to balance while using other joints to help, right?
