Hard to criticize since I don't know your plans with it.
Ears seem awkwardly placed but that's about it proportion-wise.
Shadow on the cheeks and nose doesn't add up, cheek shading should switch sides.
Other than that her expression seems a bit bland but that's because the eyes are missing a "spark".

I went for this really rough/quick style with a fancy red stripe behind.
With the shading I just went full out without paying too much attention, tho shortly after that I noticed it's a pretty wrong and didn't really want to erease and fix. Wanted to keep it to minimal adjusting.

About the ears, maybe they are a bit small, but it's bottom of the nose and eye length so it's not the end of the world I guess : D. Her left one is slightly longer down than the right one tho Lol.
