Thats a bit too broad a question. With 125 (?) champions, they are all, for the most part, good to play with. Its all dependent on how you want to play.

Dumbledyr is the shit. Lichbane into luden's echo for hilarious splitpush and dueling power. Press r and watch them burn, press w and give no fucks.
Also, ekko is melee ap, trynd can ap (1:1 ratio on e bby), sej can ap, galio is ap, gp can ap, fizz can ap, and a lot more melee can do some extremely cheesy ap builds (blitz, ali, and taric come to mind)
