i know ho to run on wii and this is how you do it.
*the gravity needs to be on 5 or 6*
(this is ten frame turn)
contract both hips
press b 5 or four times
extend both hips
press b 3 or 2 times
relax which ever knee you want to relax
contract the hip with the relaxed knee
press b 3 or four times
extend knee
extend the hip with the relaxed knee
contract opposite hip
relax opposite knee
do to the small distances it should only be two steps or long strides
