Any cheap store bought computer would support Toribash shaders. Tested and true. As long as the GPU is good enough.

My computer is cheap and store-bought... albeit almost 10 years old it can't run shaders >=(

Install linux on a dead cat. You can get shaders with the build in GPU a dead cat has.

but seriously, many games don't appear as good as the screenshots/videos
