press c
contract both pecs
extend both ankles
grabby hands
space x2

2.

contract both hips
contract both knees
lower shoulders
space x3

3.

extend knees
space x2

4.

extend both hips
space x6

5.

contract knees
space x11

6.

extend both knees
space x6

7.

raise shoulders
space x4

8.

lower shoulders
contract hips
contract right knee (optional but it hammers uke when u do it... u dont need to do it)
space x6

9.

raise shoulders
extend left hip
space x5

10.

lower both shoulders
contract left hip
space x6

11.

raise both shoulders
extend both hips


then press p
or space if you want to add on

relax all for classic its the same move only contract right knee
and dont extend left ankle SPACE x1 extend right
extend right knee
right rotate chest
and right bend lumbar
contract abs
extend right pec
lower right shoulder contract right elbow
contract left pec
contract left elbow
extend both glutes
contract right hip
extend left hip
extend left knee and ankle
this is the judo mode
