Alrighty, I'm going to be adding text to it so you can tell what he's saying.

Add the "Vegeta, Wut duz the Scouter say bout his power level?" "Its Over Nine Thousand!!!11!!oneone!!" text and it will be cool, I mean when it shows them both and the Nine thousand when it shows the Vegeta. And when he smashes it then it begins from start a little while after it.
