The clan council is supposed to be a secret group of people, and you must keep all information with some confidentiality, if you cant even avoid annoucing that you applied, you will hardly keep clan council secrets, like votes on applications, members, etc.

We don't have a checklist or anything, we pick the council member that fits our immediate needs.

Meap: the recruiting won't end so soon, technically your app is never rejected, we just stop caring about it and let it sink into the forums.
