I just try and act really lax. One thing I never try and do is answer a conversation starter with "sup". If they don't have anything in mind to go on with "sup" is a convo killer.

Girls:
I just flop my dick out.
No words are needed.

Guys:
"sap"

I don't start conversations.
People say something to me and I say Sup, then the conversation ends.

Girls:

"Sup slut?"
"Oh hi, do you work at subway?"

Guys:

"Oioioi guess what?"
"Sup bro?"

My favorites are those religious greetings that we use in our country. I am not posting the greetings because some people, here, cannot bear religious people at all.
