Well, if your thinking of .rpl straight too .avi or .mov it won't work since you have to "film" it.

If you have a PC, Fraps works pretty well (www.fraps.com)

If you have a Mac, and you have enought money, then Snapz Pro X (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/) is the best thing out there.
If you have a Mac and want a free recording application, then vnc2swf Screen Recorder (http://www.unixuser.org/~euske/vnc2swf/) works almost as well.
