That's the problem right there. You probabaly Bricked it. Apple won't fix it, as you voided the warranty when you Jailbroke your iPod Touch. If you System Restore it, you might have a chance of fooling Apple.

did you get a disc with the touch if you did then try installing the disc onto your computer and then sync. but you would have to go to setting are click sync.

i didn't get a disk with it :<

It may be the wire for synching.
