to slow, put it into a good movie editor and speed it up, also to much from the playing part, use replays not play plays.

Download the new Fraps trial, it now records sound and they've improved the quality of the videos.
Its one of the easiest video capture programs to use, plus now it seems to adjust recording speed, so that your videos run smoothly.

I'll be adding a tonne of replay's to YouTube soon which i used Fraps for.
