now i can get onto something constructive.
your actual texturing isnt that bad, the eyes are nice, youve given the hair some nice shape in the second version and the shadow line under the hair works quite well.
my main issue that you need to work on is your proportions. the eyes and general face of the head seem quite squashed into the center, they could be enlarged a bit to wrap properly

u should make a bit flater in 2nd one and u need to blur that hair shadows a bit and it would be nice

The head is very good. I rate a high 8/10. Ears are unique and it is a good eye/hair style.

The jeans on the other hand are terrible. They have virtually no details. Maybe you put a few lines and one filter but nothing else. This i would rate a 1/10. I would suggest to take the jeans out completely.
