How about ability to make order for item with acceptable price that currently not in market but can be added by someone in future ?
Examples:
- if two buyers looking for hunter force for 8k both of them set orders max price 8k/hunter force and when hunter force appear in market for 7.5k or 8k
the first from this two who sets his order earlier automatically gets the item for 7.5k because they maked their orders with the same price so first buy.

- if two buyers looking for hunter force, first set order max price 7.5k/hunter force and second set order max price 7.6k/hunter force so when hunter force appear in market for 7.5k
the highest order from this two automatically gets the item for 7.6k because he offer higher.
