ok freestyle time
I enjoy food i cook i dont like maccas, kfc, pizza hut, hungry jacks etc..
atm im trying to eat healthy as i am training for ultimate cage fights so i cook all my own food loading up on alot of carbs. Stir frys, pasta dishes and pies are all favs for me to make.
food experience includes cooking for my whole family since i was 12 i have 4 brothers and a sister so it was a huge task, i have studied hospitality an currently hold all the certs i need to become an aprentice chef or work in a kitchen. I am working atm for australia's largest catering comapny
chicken pie for 8
-3 sheets of puff pastry
-750-1kg of chicken any boneless chicken will do slice in thin strips
-3 tables spoons of floor
-1/2 cup butter
-1 onion diced
-250 g mushrooms
-salt and pepper
-2 cloves of garlic
-400 ml's of milk
1/preheat the oven at 200 o C
2/brown onions and garlic in a pan
3/add chicken till half cooked (u can fully cook it but i prefer not to)
4/leave this to sit and put butter in a sauce pan and melt
5/add in flour till its a thick paste
6/add in milk and whisk till thick and creamy (add salt and pepper to taste)
7/add this to your chicken mix them through well
8/next add roughly chooped mushrooms (i really love mushrooms so i have huge chunks
)
9/line a baking tray with pastry and fill with ur chicken mix
10/cover with another sheet of pasrty and bake for aprox. 30 mins

-banana's
-sprinkles
-padelpop sticks
-chocolate (melted)
simply stick a padel pop stick into the banana
coat it in melted choc
roll in sprinkles
freeze and enjoy
