I've seen the joke made about QI transferring that Fish made, and I know that it hasn't been used (looking in the threads) but I was wondering, can it be used if someone had that tc?

Transfering QI is possible but there's at least no real reason to do that.
Doing that if someone have that much TC? As said, it's possible, but afaik the price is above anything u can ever reach if you wanna transfer some hundreds or thousands of QI (beside that there is a max tc limit iirc)

1. Since the GM recruitment has come up, and if I SOMEHOW manage to be a GM, do they get free broadcasts? I've heard a rumor/myth that they can do that.

2. Do the GM's just vote and one makes you a GM or is there a system where if a majority votes Yes/No they do/do not become a GM and the system decides it?

3. Does Hampa's vote count as a MAJOR vote (IF he votes) or a regular vote?

Yes GMs get free broadcasts, otherwise you should see it in their transaction history.

Usually there is some voting, though it's not necessarily tallied up to see who gets in. There is some actual discussion. Not just votes.

hampa doesn't tend to do any voting at all.

1. Yes.
2. Neither. Each individual is weighed on their merits as a potential GM.
3. He doesn't vote. However, a yes vote would generally be counted normally and a no vote would be an automatic veto with most of the admins.
