Why do I get the feeling that no ones internet is working properly these days?

I don't know, well RGC got completely updated and it needs 19 MB to update and I think that this is maybe the problem that made my internet slow. Go check out RGC It's all about a game named DotA in Warcraft 3 - The Frozen Throne

Prepaid USB broadband doesn't work properly from the beginning.
Been trying to convince my mum to get a proper modem, but it isn't going so well .-.
And almost every new game I've brought and installed, I can't play because the update for it goes over the dl limit/
Fucking sucks arse.

Internet data, or whatever it's called, gets used up way too fast.
