Please, just stop. This is the thread for my palette, not yours. And if yours doesn't have Hunter and Static in it, then mine is the better one.

While in an image, at the top go to "Dialogs > Palettes" and a new window should open up with all your palettes in it. Double click on the "Toribash" palette and it should display the colours, just click one of the colours to have it set as a foreground, and right click to have it set as your background colour (or secondary colour).
