It's not for mac, so I can only play it rarely.

you are able to download different cars but online you can see them unless you buy the game
people create them but not just cool looking racing cars i download stuff like sonic, a robot in a wheel witch looks like future tec, and battle cars witch don't ready attack in anyway i could supply with a screen shot of some of the cars I got
