Lucent, don't really know about you.
As I see you are comparing toribash sparring with real sparring, like in K-1 or Muai Tai.
Thing is, here, sparring is about realistic movement and fighting.
Can't seem to see much realism in your movements, you find the wrong momentum, and don't take any intention to your movements.
So I say - nothing.

I changed my openers style (I don't run )
