That drive just loads one disk, but like I said, just use PowerISO or any free variant there of, that way you can virtually mount as many disks as you want without paying money for ODD's (well, you'll need a minimum of one ODD still).
Ok, i have what i think i need to upgrade my other one but i dont live by myself can people start giving me good gaming
DESKTOP
ideas/ i hate laptops please and thank you.
I have basically the same recommendations:

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 840
GPU: 560 Ti would be the most graphics card you'd ever need, a cheaper card would not be meagre.
RAM: Any branded (I.E. Corsair) 2 x 2GB DIMMs at 1333Mhz (DDR3)
Mobo: Any decent AM3 motherboard ( MSI 890FXA-GD65 as an example.)
Case: Whatever your preference, if you post your final list of components or if you read the part sizes we can make sure that all your components fit into the case.
PSU: Make sure it's got an 80plus rating for efficiency (shown by the 80plus logo) and gives out around 500w.
HDD: I'd recommend the Spinpoint F3
ODD: Just about any DVD +-RW will do, unless you want to read bluray disks.
