1) that depends WHEN did you buy booster,tell me,so i will help you
2) first you buy booster, than you PM in right format
3) you get voucher code when buying via PayPal, so if you buy via OneBip, you write "SMS" in voucher code
4) no,you will have a booster AND these sets.

Hmm...Well, if you didn't redeem your items yet...i think you can do that. But i don't know if you will get february,or january promos. I didn't but with PayPal yet, so I can't help you, but I think it will be in history,or something
