1.That's not a halberd. Halberd is an axe-spear combination. That is a glaive. Alternatively, it might be a naginata, or a pudao/guan dao. Depends on your opinion.
2.It is pretty nice model painting, but I have seen better. My brother used to be a warhammer fanatic.

First- Amazing job on the proportion, I've tried drawing anything like that and always screw up proportion >.>

Second - Nice glare, it reminds me of the sun in grayscale

Third - I don't honestly know what to say to that one.

Fourth - I have never known how difficult it may be to paint a model, and therefore do not have proper appreciation for it. Sorry =\
